We have just signed the Cooperation Memorandum between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia and the International Investment Bank. Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to the participants of an international conference titled the Military and Political Aspects of European Security. The directive was drafted by the Ministry of Education and Science in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 101-FZ On International Treaties of the Russian Federation of July 15, 1995. The draft federal law On Introducing Amendments to the Federal Law On Exiting and Entering the Russian Federation has been developed by the Federal Migration Service following the President’s Executive Order No. 1709 of December 29, 2012, On the Passport of a Citizen of the Russian Federation as an Identity Document Beyond the Borders of the Russian Federation with an Electronic Chip Carrying Additional Biometric Information, as well as the Instruction of the Government of January 18, 2013. Dmitry Medvedev: The first thing I realised was that the Prime Minister’s job was no easier than the President’s. The President of the Republic of Serbia will make a working visit to Russia at Vladimir Putin’s invitation. A meeting of the Business 20 Organizing Committee on preparations for the G20 Business Summit, to be held as part of the St.Petersburg International Economic Forum on June 20-21, 2013, took place at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the United Kingdom. Russia was represented at the meeting by the President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) and Chief of the Business 20 for the period of the Russian Presidency Alexander Shokhin. On May 21, London hosted a round table on private investment in infrastructure projects organized by the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Kirill Dmitriyev, RDIF CEO and Co-Chair of the Business 20 Investment and Infrastructure Taskforce, and Thomas Maier, EBRD Managing Director for Infrastructure, moderated the discussion. On 21 May the Russian Ambassador Alexander Yakovenko was a guest speaker at the Political Committee of the Reform Club. The representatives of the Business 20, Civil 20, and Labour 20 were invited to the third G20 Sherpas' Meeting, held in St.Petersburg on May 11-12, 2013, to discuss the upcoming G20 meetings. Alexey Zharkov, the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia, and John Evans, TUAC General Secretary presented the Labour 20 policy positions prior to the G20 Labour Ministers' Meeting with Social Partners on July 18 in Moscow. Vladimir Putin sent his greetings to participants at the celebratory meeting marking the 60th anniversary of the establishment of a system of military technology cooperation with foreign countries. Vladimir Putin appointed Sergei Prikhodko to the position of Deputy Prime Minister and Government Chief of Staff of the Russian Federation upon the recommendation of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
