The FCO has informed that severe weather is likely to cause travel disruptions across the UK and Europe.Weather warnings have been issued for the majority of the UK and some parts of Europe. Travellers are advised to contact their airlines or travel providers for the latest information before departing, and to allow extra time for their their journey. Russia and Europe should leave Cold War prejudices behind and establish mutual trust, Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated at the Munich Security Conference. Europe needs a new peace treaty and Russia has already prepared a draft of this document, he added.
