Moscow City Government took part in International Exhibition of Information Security Infosecurity Europe 2013 held from 23 to 25 April in London. At the Europe’s largest Information Security industry gathering Russians put on display their experience in development and implementation of projects in the field of IT security.
On 22 - 24 April 2013 a delegation of the "Russkiy Mir" Foundation including the Executive director of the Foundation Mr. Pyotr Skorospelov and the Director of Foundation’s European programmes Mr. Alexey Gromyko visited Great Britain. During the visit, the delegation attended the opening of the Russian Centre at Durham University, held meetings with representatives of the BritishCouncil and members of the UK Russian Community Council.

We talked in detail and sincerely about problems in the sphere of international security that are growing and, we will not hide it, are escalating and affect security in our Euro-Atlantic region.
Direct Line with Vladimir Putin was broadcast live on Channel One, Rossiya-1 and Rossiya-24 TV networks and Mayak, Vesti FM and Radio Rossii radio stations. During the programme, the President answered more than 85 questions from Russians on the most pressing social and political issues. The total duration of the programme was 4 hours and 47 minutes.
On the 21st of April 2013 the joint Commonwealth-Francophonie and G20 Development Working Group (DWG) meeting took place in Washington, D.C. (USA).
On 20 April 2013 the Russian State Dance Ensemble of Astrakhan performed in London. That was the final concert within its British tour. In total, the Ensemble visited more than 40 cities in the UK. Concerts were of great interest for both the British audience and the Russian speaking community.
On 22 April, a delegation from the Moscow Office of the Mayor headed by Deputy Mayor of Moscow for housing and utilities Pyotr Biryukov and Deputy Mayor of Moscow for transport Maxim Liskutov paid a working visit to London.
During a live broadcast of the conference on the youth G20 agenda, the names of the five winners of the contest, who will represent Russia at the Y20 Russia 2013 on June 18-21 in St.Petersburg, were announced.
