Ladies and gentlemen!

I am happy to greet you on behalf of the Ulyanovsk region which is considered to be one of the most distinctive and successfully developing regions in the Russian Federation.

Today, with the world economic instability, more and more representatives of the British business are attracted to new markets. Is it worthwhile to start a business in Russia? Hallo! Good day, dear Sergej Ivanovich! As professional artist and philolog I'd like to let you know, you are the one of the most good looking officials on interenet. You have nice, manly look, proper outfit. I visited this old city Simbirsk ( Yljanovsk) in 1964, when I was school girl. I was so impressed of the beauty of old houses, cottages, streets. I remember the house of the Yljanov family - it was discovery for me, how nice was the living at that time.Only one man could provide the healthy and wealthy life of more than 9 people. I did like the excursion to museum, the walking along Volga river and so on. All our school children from Perm were glad to be in this land.
