About the amendments to the restrictions on leaving the Russian Federation for Russian citizens.

Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin signed an order expanding the list of persons entitled to cross the state border.

The restrictions will not apply to members of the armed forces, as well as members of their families.

It will also be possible to cross the state border to Russian citizens who are employees of organizations engaged in the construction of critical energy infrastructure facilities in the nuclear energy sector abroad.

The restrictions will not apply to Russians who are members of the crews of ships.

These categories of citizens can travel outside the Russian Federation subject to the presentation of their identity documents.

The government of the Russian Federation has taken the decision to extend the suspension of flights from the UK until 12 January 2021.

24.12.2020 - On visa-free travel between Russia and the Dominican Republic.

The Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Dominican Republic on conditions of the waiver of visa requirements for mutual travelling of Russian and Dominican nationals entered into the force on 15 December 2020.


21.12.2020 - Flights between Russia and the UK have been temporarily suspended

The ban on flights comes into force starting from 00 hours 00 min. on 22 December 2020.
