As a result of the irresponsible actions of the UK Government, which lead to an expulsion of 23 diplomats of the Russian Embassy, including a number of Consular Section staff, the Embassy is temporarily limiting the number of all visitors.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 413 of August 16, 2004 “On migration card”, the migration cards are distributed gratis by immigration officers at all ports of entry to the Russian Federation. A foreign national must carry this card during the whole period of stay in the Russian Federation
Starting from August 8, 2017, nationals of Algeria, Bahrain, Brunei, India, Iran, Qatar, PRC, DPRK, Kuwait, Morocco, Mexico, UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Tunisia, Turkey and Japan may be granted an electronic visa (e-visa) to enter the Russian Federation through the border crossing checkpoints, located on the territory of the Free Port of Vladivostok.
The Government of the Russian Federation has approved a list of eighteen countries whose citizens can now obtain a regular single-entry business, tourist or humanitarian visa in an electronic form to enter Russia through checkpoints at the Free Port of Vladivostok.
