The Embassy of the Russian Federation to the United Kingdom is happy to announce the opening of a Consular Section call centre, which started its work on 12 November.

The service is now fully operational and if you have contacted the call-centre for consultation and are willing to contribute to its improvement, your comments and advice on its work will be highly appreciated. Please forward your message to info@rusemb.org.uk or call the main switchboard number: +44 (0) 203 668 7474.

The Embassy of Russia to the United Kingdom will further improve the quality of consular service provided to Russian citizens in the UK as well as British partners and tourists.
