Ambassador to the United Kingdom - 1765-1766

Years of life 1729 – 1796.

In 1750 he began his diplomatic career. The same year he was attached to the Russian mission in Berlin. In 1752 – 1758 he served in the Russian mission at Kingdom.

In 1761 he was appointed the adviser of the Russian mission in the Hague, which he left in 1764 for the same post in England.

In 1765 – 1766 – he was the Charge d’Affaires ad interim to England.

Since 1779 he was the ambassador extraordinary in Hamburg where he worked up to his death.
