Born on April, 5th, 1710, died on November, 27th, 1775.

On December, 31st, 1741 he was appointed the ambassador plenipotentiary to England.

He was instructed to inform the British Government that Catherine II wished continuation of the friendship between Russia and England.

In 1743 he was recalled to Petersburg.

Awarded St. Andrew and St. Alexander Nevsky orders.
